I've been playing internet lottos for a few years now and based on my experiences here are the five best:

1)LUCKYLOTTOWEB--This lotto consists of four different games with varying odds--three of which use Florida numbers to ensure fairness. This lotto received the "Editor's Choice Award" for best lotto from Cashdream.com, the site that produces the e-book that reviews 75 online lottos.

2)IWINWEEKLY--This lotto uses PA numbers to ensure fairness, is insured, and pays a whopping $500 for matching 5 or 6 numbers.

3)LIZARDFREELOTTO--This is a great "little" lotto. The grand prize is "only" $500, but the odds are great( it's a pick 6 of 38 game). The games uses Delaware numbers to ensure fairness. It is operated by an honest webmaster who will pay winnings.

4)CASH-GIVEAWAY--You can usually play over 50 tickets a week for this lotto. It uses Michigan numbers to ensure fairness. The webmaster states in the rules that he will never cheat anyone of their winnings. I'm not aware that he has ever reneged on that promise.

5)EMAILLOTTO--The grandaddy of all lottos. It has been in existence since 1996. Lotto consists of four different games with varying odds. Uses PA numbers to ensure fairness.

Well, there are my choices. What do you think?

Correction--IWINWEEKLY pays $500 for 5 of 6 numbers. Sorry for the typo!

I agree for all but one - email-lotto! They are a scam, I'll never play them again! They have been around so long with no real winners!

Nice Choices! LOTTODADDY.NET will check out IWinWeekly to be considered for a ranking. Your other 4 are already ranked. Some other great free lottos include Cashbreak and Lottafun, both being ranked in Lottodaddy's top 5.

I don't think Email Lotto uses PA numbers anymore since they switched to a daily game. That's why I stopped playing. I don't trust in-house draws.

I also like World-Wide lotto. Even though they have a smaller grand prize than most at 10,000 dollars, they pay their Grand Prize in 40 MONTHLY installments rather than the 40 ANNUAL installments that all the others pay.

World-Wide sounds like a potential ranked lotto on LOTTODADDY.NET. Lottodaddy prefers the lower jackpots, because they are more likely to get paid. For a webmaster, when a jackpot is hit, a decision must be made to close down (refuse to pay, lose an income source, and ruin your reputation as a webmaster) or just pay the darn jackpot. Jackpots in the $10000 range are much more likely to get paid due to the simple fact that it would cost more to close down than to stay online.

I am one of the very few people who regularly play internet lottos that does not care for Cashbreak. The numbers are drawn in-house and there is no mention of insurance anywhere on the site. In fact, a while back I had e-mailed them about insurance and received a very defensive, unprofessional reply that basically told me to read the rules. I am amazed that a site as popular as Cashbreak (that can be played daily with 6/49 odds) has not had any big winners (if they have had a big winner, they certainly are keeping it a secret). It's been a while since I played Cashbreak so if any of these facts are inaccurate, please correct me.

I agree with your choices, however I would also add Freelotto (www.freelotto.com) to your list.
Freelotto is the ONLY online lottery that I have claimed prizes in. As a matter of fact, in six months of entering their drawings, I have produced 39 winning entries. All of these winning entries were 4th prizes ($1.00), the reward for matching 3/6 out of 54 possible numbers. Also Freelotto has always paid. I've never missed a prize from Freelotto.

Email-lotto uses PA numbers for the pick 3, pick 4, and pick 5 games. The pick 6 games uss PA numbers on Tues and Fri and numbers are drawn in-house on the other days (that is because there are no daily pick 6 state lottos). I won on the pick 3 game and was paid. There probably have been no big winners becuase of the long odds on the pick 6 game (something like 1 in 119 million). I like the pick 5 game best becase the grand prize is $250 for a 5/39 game. That's a pretty reasonable prize for a game with decent odds.

I would certainly put Free Lotto in my top ten. I too have always been paid by them. My only reservation about Free Lotto is that the winning numbers are drawn in-house.

I've been playing the lottos since I first discovered the internet many years ago. Out of the 400 or so that I have listed in my rolodex, lately, I only play: Box, I Win Weakly(pun), Spider, Trader, Reality and Uproar. I also play Moneyballs(it's kind of fun) once in a while, but think it's fixed.

HERE IS THERE RESPONSE>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

I am not sure why you are contacting us, I am sure you well know that your account was red flagged by our techs and that these wins were not legitimate. The prizes have been re-issued to the proper winners. We have not pursued any legal actions at this point, however records have been collected and any further attempts to defraud our website will be reported to the proper authorities.

MY RESPONSE>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

WHAT!!!!! Red flagged for what??? I played those games endlessy for hours and I dont understand where you figure I frauded anyone. This is the first I have heard about this and its bull****!!! I would like to see these collected records or at least be givin an explaination of why my account was determined to be a fraud. This is not right,,,, I played those games for hours and won them giving it my best.

there response>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

;-) If you are "sooo good" at so many games, perhaps you should start playing at http://worldwinner.com and http://skilljam.com where you can compete for money, however you will find that they have tighter security on their games, sorry. We are well aware of the lack of security with flash games, do you really think we would have put them up for our members if we didn't first come up with a method to check scores for legitimacy.

MY RESPONSE>>>>>>

I do play at those sites and I am good and I won those game straight up,,,,,,,the only game I won at that I have no idea how was the aces up game,,, and if you look at the chat log at the time of that win you will see that i even went on chat stating that I just won a game and had no idea how i did.I paid my membership and i have been playing those games for hours ,,, look at the login for my account again. I belong to alot of gaming communities and forums and believe me this will be posted at all of them for the next year if you cant give me the time to figure this out. Are you implying i hacked your site and changed the scores or what???

They rufused to correspond any more and that is my experiance with cashbreak.
