Game has apparently had a major problem -it was down for 2 days last week and I found that it had deleated my previous weeks tickets for the 4 aug drawing. Now got an email stating that I had won free tickets in the 11 aug drawing which has not happened yet. No response to repeated emails.

Received an email recognizing a major problem and a link to play the free tickets won in the 4 aug drawing. So problem resolved.
